CAN I BRING MY PET TO THE RESTAURANT?
UNFORTUNATELY, UNLESS IT IS A SERVICE DOG, YOU CANNOT PATRONIZE KINGBIRD RESTAURANT WITH YOUR DOG.
WHAT IS THE SMOKING POLICY AND CLEANING FEE POLICY AT THE WATERGATE HOTEL?
THE WATERGATE HOTEL IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY. IF SMOKING OCCURS IN A GUEST ROOM, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHARGE YOUR ACCOUNT A $500 FEE FOR ADDITIONAL ROOM CLEANING SERVICES.
IN ADDITION, IF YOUR ROOM OR SUITE REQUIRES EXTRA DEEP CLEANING UPON DEPARTURE (OR ANY DAMAGE OCCURS TO CARPETING OR FURNITURE) WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHARGE YOUR ACCOUNT A CLEANING/REPLACEMENT FEE STARTING AT $250.
SMOKING IS ONLY PERMITTED ON DESIGNATED OUTSIDE AREAS ON THE HOTEL GROUNDS.
WHAT IS THE PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY?

PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY IN PUBLIC SPACES IS NOT ALLOWED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL FROM OUR MARKETING AND SALES DEPARTMENT AS TO NOT DISTURB GUESTS IN-HOUSE.
WHAT ARE THE PARKING OPTIONS AT THE HOTEL?
ON-SITE VALET PARKING IS AVAILABLE FOR OVERNIGHT HOTEL GUESTS FOR A FEE OF $58 PER NIGHT.
FOR OVERSIZED VEHICLES, THERE IS A FEE OF $75 PER NIGHT.
DAY RATE PARKING IS AVAILABLE FOR VISITING KINGBIRD, TOP OF THE GATE, THE NEXT WHISKY BAR.
CAN GUESTS CHARGE TESLA VEHICLES AT THE HOTEL?

FROM BALTIMORE WASHINGTON INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (BWI) WE ARE ABOUT 27 MILES (APPROXIMATELY 70 MINUTES).

THE WATERGATE HOTEL IS LOCATED IN THE FOGGY BOTTOM NEIGHBORHOOD OF WASHINGTON, D.C. AND OUR PRIME ADDRESS OFFERS EASE OF ACCESSIBILITY. THE LINCOLN MEMORIAL IS LOCATED 1.2 MILES FROM THE HOTEL AND THE WHITE HOUSE IS 1.4 MILES. VIEW OUR MAP AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT NEARBY ATTRACTIONS
IS THE WATERGATE HOTEL PET FRIENDLY?
YES! THE WATERGATE HOTEL IS A PET FRIENDLY HOTEL. DOGS, CATS, AND DOMESTIC PETS UP TO 50 POUNDS ARE INVITED TO STAY IN HOTEL ROOMS & SUITES. CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS APPLY. AS OF MARCH 1, 2020 WE WILL BE CHARGING A FEE OF $100 PER STAY (UP TO 2 PETS), WHICH INCLUDES USE OF IN-ROOM PET AMENITIES (BLANKET, MAT, BOWLS) AND DEEP CLEANING OF THE ROOM. NO CHARGE FOR SERVICE ANIMALS.

TABLES AT TOP OF THE GATE AND KINGBIRD CAN BE RESERVED THROUGH THE RESERVATIONS TEAM AT (844) 617-1972 OR ON OPENTABLE. RESERVATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED AT THE NEXT WHISKY BAR.
CAN I VISIT THE BARS AND RESTAURANTS IF I AM NOT A HOTEL GUEST?
YES, ALL OF OUR BARS AND RESTAURANTS ARE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.
WHAT IS THE PARKING RATE WHEN DINING IN THE RESTAURANTS?
OUR PARKING DAY RATE IS AS FOLLOWS:
PARKING RATE FOR 2 HOURS - $20
PARKING RATE FOR 2-8 HOURS - $25
WHEN DINING WITH US AT KINGBIRD, THE NEXT WHISKY BAR, AND TOP OF THE GATE, VALET PARKING IS $15 WITH VALIDATION. (UP TO 3 HOURS)
CAN YOU BRING YOUR OWN WINE TO KINGBIRD RESTAURANT?
GUESTS ARE PERMITTED TO BRING THEIR OWN WINE, MAXIMUM OF TWO BOTTLES PER RESERVATION. THE CORKAGE FEE IS $50 PER BOTTLE.
