Meet the Chef
Before joining The Watergate, Chef DiGregorio moved to D.C. to assume the role of Executive Chef at DBGB Kitchen in 2021 after holding various titles at Café Boulud in Palm Beach within Daniel Boulud’s Dinex Group portfolio. He additionally crafted & created menus for elite private clientele on Boca Grand Island in Florida and at Balsams Grand Estate in his home state, New Hampshire. The pedigreed chef and WACA member plans to utilize his past experiences and training to revamp the food menu at Kingbird to reflect a more modern contemporary point of view by fusing his classic French training with modern techniques along with his existing personal relationships with local farmers to source best-available ingredients.

Beautiful restaurant, amazing food, perfect waitstaff! Out anniversary dinner was phenomenal and we were completely satisfied!
We had our anniversary celebration with my husband and decided to book Afternoon Tea at Kingbird restaurant. We enjoyed a good variety of delicious food and excellent service.
We had the best time. Food was amazing and the service was even better! Must come here! I felt like family coming here!!!!
It is a great spot, staff are amazing, Henry especially!! Historical location in the Watergate Hotel.
